Steve Robinson served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Chick-fil-A, the nation’s most profitable food chain, from 1981 to 2015. Responsible for overseeing all of the brand’s traditional marketing support, advertising, brand development innovation, menu innovation, and hospitality strategies, he was integrally involved in the company’s incredible growth trajectory. Robinson helped take the chicken chain from 184 stores and $100 million in annual revenue when he assumed his position, to more than 2,100 stores and $6.8 billion in annual sales upon his retirement. He is credited with identifying and rolling out the company’s “Eat Mor Chikin” branding and campaign, which is now recognized worldwide. He is also the author of the new book, Covert Cows and Chick-fil-A: How Faith, Cows, and Chicken Built an Iconic Brand, due out in Spring 2019. Professor Jeffrey Rosensweig is the Director of the John Robson Program for Business, Public Policy, and Government at Goizueta Business School of Emory University. Previously, he served for six years as Associate Dean for Corporate Relations. An international business and finance professor, he focuses on global investing and business in the global economy. He also specializes in financial, macroeconomic, and business forecasting. A frequent keynote speaker on topics related to global economic and financial trends and forecasts, he is selected annually as the global investing keynoter at the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association’s Annual Institute. Adán Bean is an accomplished spoken word poet, emcee, writer, storyteller, and voice-over talent hailing from a small town in Ohio but has called Atlanta home for over a decade. As a graduate of Morehouse College, Adán has anchored his creative base firmly in the Atlanta arts, culture, and music scene. After bringing his talents to the Kennedy Center in 2020, Adán was awarded the Serenbe Frances Focus Fellowship from the South Fulton Institute. Adán Bean filmed a Tiny Desk concert performance and directed the short documentary film “Curb Appeal,” which tackles the issues of housing insecurity and home inequity. As a 2019 TEDx speaker and 2017 National Poetry Slam song winner, he’s represented Atlanta on numerous slam teams for the PSI National Poetry Slam Competition. In June 2021, he debuted Double Consciousness, an original stage show alongside comedian-collaborator David Perdue, at the historic Morton Theater (Athens, GA).
